We are looking for a full time, highly motivated closer who values connections with people more than anything else! We have too many clients so appointments will be set for you! You just have to focus on presenting and closing which means you never have to worry about prospecting of any kind with this position!
The way we succeed is by helping you succeed. We provide free training and coaching from our top tier sales reps every step of the way who started out exactly where you were! Our sales process focuses primarily on being empathetic with clients, identifying pain points, making meaningful connections with clients, and giving clients the best solution for them that fits their budget.
$25 per appointment regardless of outcome (Unless the appointment is cancelled/rescheduled or the clients are not home) plus commission and bonuses based on performance
Reps average 2-3 appointments a day. At an average close rate, you can expect to make $2,500-$3,500 a week off of commission alone! The better you do, the more we will provide you with!
