Naples Soap Company is looking for experienced outgoing and reliable part-time Retail Sales Associates to work in our Naples 5th Ave, Estero or Sanibel store. We are looking for goal-oriented professionals, with retail experience, who love to sell and work in a team environment.

Responsibilities:
• You ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales and customer service
• You “go the extra mile” to drive sales
• You maintain stock and the appearance of the store
• You actively seek out and engage with customers in-store
• You remain up-to-date and knowledgeable on all products offered and discuss available options
• You work as a team with other sales associates to ensure proper customer service
• You build trusting relationships with customers

Requirements & Qualifications:
• You have previous experience as a sales associate
• You are proficient in the English language
• You have solid communication and interpersonal skills
• You are customer service focused
• You are Available: Days, Nights, Weekends and Holidays
• You are 18 years of age or older
• You have a High School diploma or GED preferred
