Responsibilities: Perform installations, repairs, and maintenance of HVAC systems according to specifications Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues, providing effective solutions Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects and customer satisfaction Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards Requirements: Minimum 1 year of hands-on HVAC experience working in an A/C company HVAC Certification is required EPA Type II Certification is a bonus Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC systems Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions Excellent communication and customer service skills Valid driver's license

Prior experience with pool pumps, filters, heating, and automation systems. Basic plumbing and electrical skills are required. Position is full time paid hourly based on experience and qualifications. Must be able to lift 100 pounds or more if needed as some equipment(heaters) may require extra strength to move. Be self-sufficient to perform all daily work activities and be able to work in the year round Florida climate. Possess strong customer service skills and be outgoing towards clients. Represent yourself and the company in a professional manner at all times. Full time only. Hours 7 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday. Work location is Alachua County, FL with some exceptions. Duties include: Repair of Garage Doors and Openers Installation of New Openers Loading and unloading of trucks Customer Service Sales Use of hand tools and electric tools required. Must be able to climb up/down ladder. QUALIFICATIONS:  Garage door experience preferred, but training also available. Tools must be provided by applicant if hired. EGA Marine/Freedom Boat Club of South Florida is looking for a certified marine lead technician to join our fast growing company! Providing maintenance and repairs to a variety of vessels from 21' to 28’. Ideal candidate will have the skills to improve efficiency and productivity, highly driven, self-motivated and detail oriented, while motivating and supervising staff of technicians, detailers and subcontractors. Applicant must have own tools and experience in all phases of boat repair, including knowledge of Mercury and Yamaha engines. Duties & Responsibilities: Perform accurate and timely inspections, diagnostics, repairs, maintenance and installations Seek-out opportunities to generate revenue while performing maintenance Submit a complete and accurate work order, including parts request and all unit information, to ensure timeliness of job completion Perform duties within approved time frame and communicate expected delays with service manager Fill out accurate service records and repair documents Document and communicate any additional work needed Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tools and service units Complete designated work in a timely, competent and professional manner Knowledgeable in preparing estimates, identifying safety issues, and recognizing and correcting quality control. Qualifications & Requirements: Must have a valid U.S. Driver’s License and reliable transportation Must have Mercury Certification Verifiable experience with general marine systems: Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Troubleshooting Previous experience in a similar role is preferred Excellent mechanical skills and the ability to use a wide variety of tools and techniques Must be reliable, have excellent communication skills, able to take direction and solve problems
