By creating the position of Senior Consultant, Talent Advisory Services, Randstad is advancing its plan to accelerate business growth, drive market differentiation and propel value creation for clients. The Senior Consultant is a client-facing, consulting engagement practitioner who has strong project management and transformation attributes to drive outcomes-based execution. The Senior Consultant will play a critical role in supporting the Consulting Principals in the strategic Talent Advisory practice within the Randstad global businesses. They will support and help manage strategic consulting client engagements across the portfolio of global businesses in all areas of Talent Acquisition. The Senior Consultant will play a key role in the development of consulting assets (e.g., methodology, data & insight products, diagnostic tools, etc.).
Client Engagement Responsibilities
Support client service delivery teams in the active execution of engagements, task execution, project management, financial business cases, quality deliverables and client advice
Provide consultation services to clients and strategic partners in areas of talent acquisition and management, technology enablers, outsourcing (RPO, MSP, TTA), project management, financial modeling, market intelligence, and administration
Work with Talent Advisory Services team members to support and develop strategic work plans and customize to meet client specifications
Perform engagement delivery responsibilities, including client deliverables creation and review, support in the facilitation of client meetings and workshops, and milestone reporting
Ensure compliance with Talent Advisory practice service delivery standards
Utilize skills and knowledge to support the identification of complex client issues and concisely communicate ideas and solutions using Randstad proprietary diagnostic tools, data & insights, and methodology
Assist in the development of concise and actionable storylines using data and insights to guide client decision making and planning
Work closely with Talent Adivsory senior leadership to promptly identify and resolve client problems or issues
Communicate (verbally and in writing) externally with clients and internally with all levels of the organization to successfully accomplish objectives portraying knowledge and confidence
Leverage content creation suites such as Google Suites and MS Office to develop presentation and documentation in a style and level of detail appropriate for each client audience
Practice Development
Support business development activities such as prospecting engagement opportunities, developing proposals, and pitching to prospective clients
Assist in the development of whitepapers and/or other thought leadership material
Have experience in interacting directly with client and prospect stakeholders
Support the creation and maintenance of ongoing practice assets: assessments, project plans, data sets, market and vendor research, thought leadership, financial modeling, proposals, scope of services, and post selection administrative actions
Develop complex financial models and possess a thorough knowledge of tools to support development of the models
Support the Talent Advisory practice methodology and approach

Education
Bachelor’s degree is required
Previous consulting firm experience preferred
Experience
4+ years of relevant work experience related to Management Consulting, Human Resource transformation, Talent Acquisition, or Outsourcing
Experience working in a complex, rapidly changing, global business environment
Exposure to change/transformational leadership skills is required
Previous experience building business case development
Demonstrated ability to analyze data

Measures for Success
Responsible for partnering with the entire Talent Advisory team to achieve the Talent Consulting budget each budgeted year
Ensure the maintenance of the overall Talent Advisory methodology, tools, templates, and operating system
Participate in the generation and attainment of consulting opportunities for the Talent Advisory Group
Ensure that client’s experience and feedback post consulting engagements is consistent with Randstad’s philosophy of exceptional service leading to CSAT or NPS scores in line with our current benchmark (25+ NPS)

The base salary range for this position is between $100,000 to $120,000

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate’s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. In addition, Randstad offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, an incentive and recognition program, and 401K contribution (all benefits are based on eligibility). Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
