Precision Concrete

Looking for a full-time general laborer to assist me with several tasks at my private hangar in Dunnellon, and my personal residence, also in Dunnellon. Seeking an honest man that has a valid driver’s license, (will perform background check) and good transportation, strong back, no ailments, and who is drug free. I will need assistance with various things/chores, and you will work at least 40 hours per week, guaranteed. Some of the tasks are, but not limited to: set up my office, move office furniture, help organize and be neat, caulk concrete floors, (both in my newly built hangar and my driveway at the residence,) minor painting, help install tile, mix concrete, use power saws and other tools. I also speak Spanish, "Si hablas español, está bien". I am a retired large concrete contractor form Los Angeles looking for my jack of all trades that can help me. I do have my GC license and have some nice high-end projects coming down the line. Hourly pay is $18-$25 dependent on skills and experience.

Job Responsibilities: Safely operate MCL equipment including bucket truck and high reach lifts Installing and removing all products, lights, decorations using a lift or ladder. Provide service to client’s properties after installation is completed Complete and submit accurately all required paperwork Take and upload photos to verify work completed.

Maintain quality of materials going in and out of the warehouse 2.Refurbishment: a. work as directed by management to lead as well as participate in refurbishment projects 3. Organization & Maintenance: a. Assist with the receiving of all new supplies, material, tools and décor and update inventory levels b. Maintain a clean, organized and stocked warehouse c. Assist with maintaining location accuracy of all products, tools and materials d. Ensure accurate check out/in process for specialized tools 4.
