Job Title: Bilingual Call Center Representatives
Start Date: June 5th
Pay rate: $16/hour ($15 base plus $1 / hour incentive pay) – Paid Weekly!
Scheduling Expectations:
- All agents must be available to work onsite full time
- Schedules will be within the Hours of Operations: 8 AM to 8 PM
Job Description/Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for customers via phone regarding their current utility services
- Communicate effectively in both written and verbal communication fluently.
- Demonstrate strong customer service skills to optimize the experience for each customer contact.
- Complete necessary documentation to manage customer complaints, uses and subsequent solutions.
- Schedule, assign, or act on any required customer follow-up in accordance with Contact Center guidelines
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns to the satisfaction of the customer and escalate as needed.
- Use technology tools as directed and within established guidelines.
- Maintain confidentiality of the organization’s customer data
- Maintain accurate customer data including documentation of discussions, issues, and customer requests.
- Participate in individual and team training and meetings to ensure knowledge is up to date.
Requirements: Must be Fluent in Spanish
- Must have 1 year of customer service experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Strong computer skills (Experience with Dual Monitor Screens, Windows-Based Systems)
- Ability to pass a background check within 48 hours of accepting the position.
- Outstanding interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Ability to work flex schedule to meet business needs
- Excellent follow-up and customer service skills required.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment quickly and accurately.
